Welcome to the North Raleigh Medical Center. Our primary care clinic and walk-in clinic has been serving the Raleigh area for over 20 years. We see patients ages 16 and above, and manage a wide variety of medical illnesses.

Alka Sachdeva, M.D.
Dr. Alka, graduated from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine with honors in 1996. She completed her internal medicine residency at Northshore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and has been practicing in the Raleigh area for over 15 years.
Emily Crosson, PA-C
Emily Crosson received her undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland where she received her BS in Biology. She completed her training at East Carolina University, where she earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant studies. She is certified by the North Carolina Medical Board. She has been with our clinic for over 10 years.
Valeriya Kirnos, PA-C
Valeriya received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her BS in Nutrition. She completed her training at Wake Forest University, where she earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant studies. She is certified by the North Carolina Medical Board. She has been with our clinic for over 7 years.

Closed for Lunch 12 PM – 1 PM
The last urgent care/walk-in patient is accepted 30 minutes before closing on any day we are open.
